What drives us
We make products because we believe that our customers – airports and airlines – can benefit from them. We guarantee that they do, by developing our products around three important themes in our industry:
Self-Service
Airports and airlines are striving for ever more cost reductions and increased capacity in terminals and reclaim areas. Self-service initiatives are seen as one of the drivers in this.
Quality
Passengers are starting to pay for their baggage (for excess, second or even first bag). Thus quality and service is expected. If airports and airlines guarantee this quality baggage will become a profit centre (instead of a cost centre).
Labor conditions
Regulations are becoming more strict. Maximum allowed baggage weight will decrease. Labor inspection ‘tolerates’ the hard physical work until date. Viable solutions will enforce regulations.
